My Job in one sentence: I wear many hats but the number one thing is designing for the Juice Bar or Café owner and PFC! Also making Dan coffee in the morning. (I really do enjoy doing it, really)
Best thing about my Job: It is something new everyday, I never have to worry about getting bored and we make some pretty awesome smoothies for breakfast!
Most Challenging aspect of my Job: To take someones vision and make it conceptually compelling.
What makes me laugh: Everything really, especially Irish men.

What would I do if I won the lottery: I would buy a house near the beach (Avalon or Sea Isle) and open it to friends and family for summer vacations!
Dream Vacation:A tropical Island with white sand, turquoise water, palm trees and a PFC smoothie!

Best thing about my Job: I have the wonderful opportunity to help people achieve total well being through a healthy balance of exercise and nutrition.
What makes me laugh: My children Liam & Juliette make me laugh, they have such great insight into all the silly, simple things in life!
If I could be one Dr. Smoothie Puree, I would be: The “Northwest Berry,” a balance of tranquility & renewed energy or at least, this is what I work on achieving each day.
Favorite Exercise: Yoga, Pilates and Spinning!

What would I do if I won the lottery: Invest in a good cause, take my family on a well deserved retreat and buy a family farm.
Dream Vacation: Any place new that I can learn about the culture and broaden my world view is a dream vacation.
