Level 2 Juice Bar Consulting

- Health Department Plan Review Consulting:
- Provide specification sheets for each piece of equipment based on local health dept. requirements
- Provide information on manufacturer, model number, plumbing and electrical requirements for each piece of equipment specified
- Note NSF/ETL/UL Certifications
- Review and List manufacturers warranty and approximate shipping weights
- Provide prices for the items listed and include estimated freight Costs
- Provide CAD blocks for architect

Level 3 Juice Bar Overhead Plan

- Provide plan view design of juice bar
- Provide information on manufacturer for each piece of equipment specified
- Note NSF/ETL/UL Certifications
- Review and List manufacturers warranty and approximate shipping weights
- Provide prices for the items listed and include estimated freight costs
