Shipping & Return Policy

Calculating Shipping Costs

Shipping and handling will be $10.95 on all orders under $100.  Orders over $100 will receive free shipping for those recipients within the Continental United States.  The total shipping charge will be displayed in step #3 of the checkout process, before you enter your credit card info and submit your order.  At this time, we only ship to residents in the Continental United States.

When you can expect your order

All orders excluding our handcrafted snacks and baked goods are processed within 24 hours of the time you place your order.  Our estimated delivery date for your order is based on FedEx transit times from our location in Pottstown, Pa to your location.  

Our  handcrafted snacks and baked goods are made to order so that we can guarantee optimal freshness.  All custom orders placed each week will be shipped the following Thursday.

You will be sent a tracking order number once your shipment leaves our warehouse and you can track the progress anytime at http://www.fedex.com/us/.

General Return Policy

All our products come with a 30-day money back guarantee on the purchase price (shipping excluded) on all unopened and unused products. (Products that are packaged with wire twist ties i.e. handcrafted foods, etc as pictured on our site may not be returned.) Products returned must be received back to our location within 30 days of receiving the product(s). Orders received back to our warehouse after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.

All returns must receive prior authorization by emailing info@performancefoodcenters.com. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all items that are returned without prior authorization. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 2 business days of arrival in order to receive credit or a replacement.
